TERMS and CONDITIONS: 1) All Sales final after shipment/delivery. 2) 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will apply to orders canceled prior to shipment/delivery. 3) $10 fee plus costs incurred by Seller charged for returned/ISF checks. 4) When paying by credit card Buyer agrees to provide Seller with all credit card and Buyer information required to complete the credit card transaction with Seller's credit card service provider. 5) Regardless of payment method Buyer agrees to pay the purchase price.
